DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY - ADAMLEY SHOP
Shipping – UK
We typically ship your order within 24 – 48 hours (excludes weekends and bank holidays). Tracking info will be sent to your designated email address when your order ships for any next day delivery orders.
For all UK orders placed after 2.30pm, we cannot guarantee next day delivery and therefore advise that your order may take up to 2-3 working days to arrive. All orders placed after 2.30pm on Friday or at the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. In this case, please allow 3-5 days for delivery from date of purchase.
All orders are shipped from our UK distribution centre.
* Royal Mail Signed UK Delivery – £3.50, (2-3 working days)
* DHL Next Day UK Delivery – £11.25, (order before 2.30pm)
Shipping – EU
All EU orders are shipped from our UK distribution centre.
* Royal Mail International tracked and signed – £11.00 (up to 10 working days)
* Please note, sometimes import duties and local taxes are charged at the destination country. In the event charges are applied, they are the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel.
Shipping – USA, CANADA and JAPAN
All USA, CANADA and JAPAN orders are shipped from our UK distribution centre.
* Royal Mail International tracked and signed USA, CANADA and JAPAN shipping – £16.00 (up to 10 working days)
* Orders placed using this trackable service will usually arrive within 3-4 business days (excludes weekends, public holidays and federal holidays).
* Please note, sometimes import duties and local taxes are charged at the destination country. In the event charges are applied, they are the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel.
Returns Policy
We love our customers and your satisfaction is very important to us. We will do everything we can to make you happy.

* If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
* If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different colour, that’s no problem. To be eligible, your item must be returned within 60 days of purchase. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for missing incoming deliveries. The goods must be unused, in the same condition you received them in, and they must also be in the original packaging. We will charge a small freight fee to dispatch your replacement, depending on your location.
